14 Day Easy Returns
Akoda also has a 14 Day Easy Returns policy covering any product purchased on the website.
If you are unhappy with your product within the first 14 days and would like a refund, we will happily refund you as long as the product is within it's original package, has not been tampered with, damaged or modified in any way.*
All products purchased at Akoda come with seller warranty; 12 months for all new products and 3 months for all used, second-hand, refurbished or ex-demo products. This policy is in addition to any rights that you may have under Australian Consumer Law and other relevant legislation.
If you receive your product(s) and they do not function and/or appear as described, we'll either:
• provide a replacement mobile or tablet of the same or similar model; or
• fix your product to the condition as described on our website; or
• if we cannot provide any of the above, refund the full value of the product.
You will not be required to pay for any return shipping or restocking fees for warranty/replacement claims. We will provide a reply paid parcel to return any goods purchased from Akoda.
If the product is found to have no fault, you may be required to pay for transportation or inspection costs. An estimate of these costs should be provided to you before the product is collected and the costs must not be inflated in an attempt to deter you from pursuing your claims.

4. Print, fill out our warranty claims form and send it along with your return.
